We've had a few queries about some aspects of the upcoming ScavengerMeet, and we're writing this journal to address those.


Meet date:

A lot of people are still unsure whether to come because we haven't got a definate date yet. So we can try and revolve it around those who want to come, could you please tell us whether a Saturday or a Sunday would be easier?

Currently it's looking like the last weekend in May, but because of difficulties for some people the Saturday isn't a good option.


Transport:

In addition to the meet date question comes the issue of transport. So if you are travelling from regional Victoria or another area, or have different transport timetables on a Sunday that make it more difficult, could you tell us where you're coming from, and what time you want to come in. This way, we can organise around timetables, perhaps changing the meet time.


The list:

People have been iffy about the list. Let me just point out that what we posted in the Meet Journal was a snippet of the list. Some of the list is more out there, but there are also more passive things. So don't feel intimidated by what you may have seen, the point of it is just to have fun
